While there are a wide range of games that are available on the current marketplace that focus on providing users with the maximum amount of levels, this game is not one of them. With just 12 levels to enjoy, there are some who find themselves reticent, believing that they will be able to beat the game with relative ease.
The short story mode may have some in disbelief, but each of the aforementioned dozen levels are large and full of secrets to discover.
The design principles used are unique and interesting and while it can be argued that the levels could have been split into smaller ones, there is a prevailing belief that this would have adversely affected game play.
Even the most experienced and skilled players can find additional secrets to explore in each level. In most instances, I did not find everything that I was looking for on first pass, which definitely serves to add to Dan the Man’s replay value.
The roster of enemies is rolled out at a pace that is easy to keep up with and the difficulty level rises in the proper manner. There are also a wide range of characters to be used, each of whom has their own attributes and moves.
The game is extended beyond the typical story mode, as well, as gamers can unlock additional play modes. There is a battle mode where you can fight a series of foes in an arena setting, in addition to a daily challenge mode that grants you the chance to earn various rewards.
It comes with my highest level of praise, as I found it very easy to get lost in its detailed, labyrinthine levels. If you want to discover other fun games just like this one, be sure to return to this site on a regular basis.
