In cooperation with WWE, SEGA has just released an idle clicker game called WWE Tap Mania. The game aims at tapping furiously to engage in combat and work towards stardom by taking on WWE Super stars. You also need to build your deck with the help of collectible cards.
The player has to tap the screen continuously to punch his opponent. The faster the player taps, the faster the punches and the more the player taps, the more the punches. The player has a lot of characters to choose from before a stage fight, and every character has its unique signature move. So the player gets to unleash its character’s signature move during combats to knock down opponents. The game has two different event modes. In the main event mode, the player is set up against strong wrestlers that take quite some time to bring down.
The player can upgrade his superstar characters by upgrading them. Upgrading the character helps to make this mode easier. If the player loses in that mode, then they’ll be taken to the other mode. In the other mode, it takes only a few punches and lesser time to defeat opponents. The player can also perform special moves, but these special moves have latency period after a particular use. Some moves are more or less effective depending on the character they are used against. So there are strategies of using these moves.
